An app is blocked. How do I unlock it?
Open Rep Rot and tap Rep now on the "App blocked" banner, then finish your set. Every blocked app unlocks as soon as the set is done.
The camera isn't counting my reps
- Stand the phone upright, about 6 ft (2 m) away, with the screen facing you.
- Get your whole body in frame, side-on for push-ups, squats and planks.
- Use good light and avoid a bright window behind you.
- Make sure Rep Rot has camera access: Settings → Rep Rot → Camera.
How do I stop the alarm?
Tap the alarm's exercise button and finish your set. If you stop it without reps, it rings again a few minutes later, up to 10 times a day. To turn an alarm off for good, open Rep Rot → alarm icon → Triggers and switch it off.
How do I change or remove an app limit?
Open Rep Rot → alarm icon → Triggers. Tap a limit to edit it, or switch it off. A block that's already up lifts after one set. You can also remove Rep Rot's Screen Time access in Settings → Screen Time, which removes all blocks immediately.
Why does it block the app again later?
Limits repeat: with a 30-minute limit, the app is blocked at 30, 60, 90… minutes of use that day, up to 10 times. Each block is one "rot prevented."
Can I do this without the camera?
Reps are verified with the camera, which is how the app knows they're real. Video never leaves your phone. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes everything stored on your phone. For anything else, email help@reprotapp.com.
